Cancel/change

At Rute700.dk you can cancel your ticket for up to 1 hours ahead of the departure without any fee when done online.

OBS: Tickets ordered on a compensation discount code, wont give you a new code, and is considered used when cancelled.

You can choose between:

• Get a credit note on the full amount, is valid for 3 years and there will be no fee. Please contact customer service immediately if you do not receive your credit note shortly after you requested to cancel a ticket, to make sure that there have not occurred any errors.
• Get the money paid back with a fee of 50.- dkr per ticket-ID.

If you wish to get the money paid back write an e-mail to rute700.dk’s customer service info@rute700.dk with your ordering- and bank information.

To cancel a ticket online you will have to enter the ticket-ID and the phone number you used when you ordered the ticket.
